At Firefly Publications, we aim to provide the highest quality Book Publishing Services and Printed and Digital Books.
However, due to the nature of our work, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
Order Cancellation
- Orders for digital services (book design, formatting, marketing, publishing services) cannot be cancelled once the work has started.
- Physical product orders (books or merchandise) can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been shipped.
Refund Policy
- Digital services are non-refundable, as these are custom-created services.
- Refunds for physical products are applicable only if:
- You receive a damaged or defective item
- You receive the wrong product
- Proof (photos/video) must be shared within 24 hours of delivery
Refund Processing Time
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
