Use of Services
- Our services (publishing, design, marketing) are provided on a project basis.
- All creative work remains the property of Firefly Publications until full payment is received.
Payments
- Payments must be made in advance or as per the agreed milestone plan
- Non-payment may lead to project termination
Intellectual Property
- Final files (designs, formats, marketing creatives) become the client’s property after project completion and payment
- We may showcase work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise
Limitations
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party printing errors
- Distribution delays
- Online platform issues (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Liability
Firefly Publications will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or financial losses arising from service use.
